Armed robbery at Orléans store

Police are looking for two male suspects after an Orléans convenience store was robbed at gunpoint.

Police say two males entered a Mac’s Milk at 2:15 a.m. on Thursday, March 11 and assaulted the clerk. The suspects took lottery tickets and a laptop before fleeing toward Jeanne d’Arc Boulevard. The two wore dark clothing, their faces were covered, and a handgun was seen, police say.

The first suspect is described as a white male with a slim build, 5’11” to 6-ft tall. He was wearing a dark-coloured hoodie and spoke English.

The second suspect is described as a black male, also with a slim build. He was wearing an orange hoodie, jeans and spoke English.

Anyone with information about this incident is asked to call the Ottawa Police Robbery Unit at 613-236-1222 ext. 5116.
